Admissions
The Master of Business Administration Healthcare program seeks candidates who have demonstrated potential for management, leadership and who have the intellectual ability, maturity, initiative, and creativity to participate in this challenging environment. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or an equivalent academic credential from a recognized international university.
Admission Criteria
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university in the United States that is accredited by one of the six regional accrediting bodies. If you have completed your degree outside the United States, please contact our Admissions office for more details.
- Three to five years of professional working experience.
- Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) results. The GMAT may be waived for US board certified medical doctors. Proof of current certification is required.
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) results. Applicants who earned their undergraduate degree outside of the US are required to submit a TOEFL score.
Your application file should include:
- A completed and signed application form.
- The application fee of $60 US payable to The George Washington University.
- Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic programs attended.
- Current resume.
- Two letters of recommendation demonstrating your professional experience and qualification for graduate study.
- Statement of program objectives and professional goals.
